He is an engineer by chance and HR professional by choice with a post graduate degree from IMT Ghaziabad. He has over 8 years of Industry experience and has been instrumental in leading the hiring efforts of companies like Infosys, Samsung and Micromax.

He is passionate about Talent Acquisition and loves building great teams. A firm believer of technology leading the evolution of Human Resource, he is a problem solver and an idea generating machine. An ardent cricket enthusiast, he loves watching inspirational and realistic cinema

(Co-Founder & COO)

He has over 8 years of experience across various Industries like Telecom, BFSI, IT/ITES & Consumer durables. An alumnus from NMIMS, he has dabbled in the entire gamut of HR portfolios like Talent Acquisition, Policy Formulation, HR Business Partnering, Learning & Development & HR Analytics for Organizations like Vodafone, Axis Bank, Micromax & Convergys.

He believes that Talent Acquisition is the gatekeeper of the Organisation’s soul & that is where the battle to transform companies lies. Devoting time and energies in empowering his customers in this space is his life’s calling. A movie buff and a self-styled critic, he loves to listen to music and play basketball.
